Trumbull Emergency Medical Service
Trumbull EMS is a volunteer service comprised of 125 active members providing emergency medical assistance to the community. The present headquarters building was established by the Trumbull Lions Club on September 10th, 1978 and is the first free-standing EMS building in the United States. Headquarters will house a full crew with a paramedic on duty 24 hours a day. A full crew consists of a radio dispatcher, driver and two EMT's. The radio dispatcher remains at headquarters and is in charge of all radio communications between TEMS personnel and 911.

Trumbull EMS is always looking for new members to join our ranks. We have openings as Emergency Medical Technicians and Medical Response Technicians/Drivers. Even if you are not certified we will train you! If you are not interested in working in the back of the ambulance, we also have openings as Ambulance Drivers and Radio Dispatchers.
